We had some fun snow days in February! Wesley's school was cancelled on a Monday and Tuesday, which made for a nice long weekend. The first round of weather was really just ice, but it was still fun to play on. Angus brought JM down at least once with no injuries. Curtis felt a little more "superhero-ish" with his backpack on, so...

On Friday of that week, we actually got a significant amount of snow (for our area, at least), about 3-4 inches. Wesley had gone to school on time, but the snow really started coming down around 10:00 that morning. I went to work for a couple of hours when it started, then headed home since no one was coming in for appointments. John Mark then ventured off to get Wesley early from school. Of course, he was one of the last ones from his class to get picked up. He was happily playing computer games.

The next week we got hit again with ice. Both boys' schools were cancelled on Thursday. We just stayed inside and had fun family times that day. :) The winter weather was fun, but we were oh so glad to have sunshine a few days later. We are Texans at heart!
