Wesley decided he wanted to have a lemonade stand this summer. He started planning things a few weeks before the event. He searched for a recipe online and wrote down the ingredients and supplies he would need. He also made the sign well in advance. He invited his friend from school to help out since he lives nearby. Things got going around 10:00 one early August Tuesday morning, and it lasted until about 1:00 pm. Neither of the boys stayed out that whole time, they would work in shifts while John Mark was the anchor. Their profit was $26.50 and was split three ways. The aforementioned friend that was invited to help out would ride his bike by regularly and ask if we were done yet, making sure to get his cut of the profit. He did help with some door-to-door advertising at the beginning. :)
