Curtis started our church's MDO program as a Pre-K student today! He got pretty antsy waiting to leave this morning since his school starts more than an hour after Wesley's, and when he got home, he was surprised Wesley still wasn't here. He will just be going two days a week, which is perfect for him to get acclimated to school life. He seems to have had a great day! When we were dropping him off, we got to experience his teacher showing the kids a cicada she had found this morning. The colors of the cicada impressed her, and she said, "God let this bug die in front of my house so that we could enjoy looking at it today!" He said they went on a trip (around the church building), and he got to be the Top Dog (leader) today.
