Curtis' Field Trip to Perot Museum

On October 13th we finally got to visit the Perot Museum on a field trip! And Curtis got to experience it before Wesley! (Wesley's class did go a little later.) Curtis went with his 3rd grade buddy (don't let the size difference fool you) who was a joy to chaperone. He took his job seriously to keep track of Curtis and help him understand things. Curtis loves learning about dinosaurs, so he had really been looking forward to this trip. But there was much more to see than dinosaurs!

What boy doesn't love remote control vehicles?

 In the basement of the museum, there is a "track" where you can race various things. There are olympian runner, football players, gymnasts, and even some animals like cheetahs and dinosaurs! Curtis got to do several races, but his favorite was against the T. Rex (who won every time).

This was an enjoyable field trip (can't say that about all of them) with two enjoyable kiddos!
